FAQ
1. Why should I join HOA?
If we have learned anything in the last 18 months, it's how much we desire community! We are a volunteer based organization and will only be as strong as the members within it. We heavily rely on residents coming together for the betterment of our neighborhood. We are stronger together and together we can effect change that will allow our community to remain a safe, desirable place to live. Your yearly dues contribute to our yearly budget of maintenance of our entrances and roundabouts, future safety improvements, and more!
2. I joined The Riverside Club, is the HOA the same thing?
No! We are two separate organizations. The Riverside Club is a private club located in close proximity to our neighborhood. It is a social club that offers swim, tennis and social activities. While the Riverside Club is open for membership to all Riverside residents, it only maintains the grounds of the Riverside Club and its events. The HOA is a volunteer organization that focuses on the neighborhood homes within our neighborhood. We maintain a positive relationship with city officials to advocate for our residents. We work with city officials to maintain safety, and update our neutral grounds within our neighborhood.
3. I just moved in, how can I get involved?
First, welcome to the neighborhood! We know we are partial, but we love our Riverside community. There are many ways you can get involved. We encourage you to join the Homeowner's association to get connected with the latest news in the neighborhood. You will have access to a message board between neighbors, a business directory highlighting resident's business and have a date night from one of our resident sitters!
Our social chair is always working toward planning our next event! And if you love connecting neighbors, you could help serve as a street captain to help facilitate communication between the HOA board and our residents. Click Contact Us to fill out the form and let us know how you would like to get involved.
4. Do we have meetings?
Per our neighborhood association bylaws, we hold one open member meeting per year. This meeting is typically held sometime in the first quarter of the year.
